When BioFlav was first being developed, we quickly found benefits associated with taking Quercetin - one of the powerful flavonoids inside BioFlav. Our natural reaction was to increase the amount for even more benefit, but we quickly found out that we could not treat our health that way. When it comes to health, more isn't always better. In fact, too much of a good thing can be harmful to your body.
As you can imagine, there are supplements that try to give your body several times more vitamins and flavonoids than your body needs. Because your body can’t use the extra, it’s often wasted and not actually absorbed into the body.
